I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of nice food on offer...

Gasthaus Zum Kreuz in Lucerne is a well-maintained place with exceptional service. The breakfast offered a great selection of food options and the location is excellent, very close to the lake and with easy access to the tram station, Rigi mountain, Lucerne, and Pilatus peak.

I loved this amazing hotel, especially new-fashioned rooms and convenient location. The staff were all hospitable, which was unquestionably a plus. I was offered a room with splendid views of the Lake and the mountains.

As a solo traveler, I loved the charming and picturesque location with amazing views. the owner was friendly and provided lots of information about the town. the family room was spacious and perfect for a group of four. Public transportation into the nearby town was readily available.

The location is lovely and near beautiful scenery such as the distant mountains and train stop, and the room at the front is great, with a wonderful breakfast offering plenty of options.

This hotel is located in a small village just outside of a popular city in Switzerland. It is conveniently close to both the bus stop and the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely windows that let in plenty of natural light. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was truly amazing, with freshly baked bread and croissants served on the table. We felt like royalty with the way they looked after us.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which was unfortunate during the heatwave. However, it didn't take away from the overall great experience we had at this hotel.
